This commission for Croydon Council is located at the natural focal point of the area, with shops and a green. Residents advised us that the site was poorly lit needed seats. We wanted a design  that offered practical benefits as well as creating a bold new landmark for the area.

Spun steel orange lanterns and festoon lights are fixed to the tops of tall chestnut posts, Environmentally friendly sustainable native green oak benches are fixed at the bases of the posts.
